if you are in the seattle area and want to see the 10 pages of original art i did for the still unpublished meathaus8: headgames they are up at a coffee shop there called glos.
1621 East Olive Way, Seattle 98102
Glo’s is open daily from 7am to 4pm.
the show should be up until march 6th
Saw the show — had the two-egg breakfast with meat —
The room is hard to browse the art, since the walls are lined with tables. I went over to look at the last two pages, and the guy whose space I was encroaching upon grabbed his plate, as if I was going to grab it —
But that also means that while you wait for the food, you can take a good long stare at the pages that are hung near you, and admire the skill. I looked at that page with the rats for a half hour. I really want to read the story in full. And you also need to know that I noticed other diners pointing out the art, and nodding their heads appreciatively.
cool. thanks for checking it out. that sounds sort of awkward but cooler in a way than stuff hanging in a gallery.
i like the plate graber guy. you should hocked one in his water glass on your way out.
